LIFE COACHING FOR LONG-TERM CHANGE

Life coach rates for a long-term commitment

Life coaching should not be a one-time event. It's a continuous journey you embark on.

Life coaching rates for a long-term commitment can be a financial commitment, but the benefits far outweigh the costs.

After all, what's the point of having a life coach if you're not going to commit to the process?

If you're serious about making positive changes in your life, you need to be prepared to invest in a coach who can help you make those changes happen.

FAMILY ADVISORY & HUMAN DYNAMICS PARTNER

$40,000 per year (per individual)

A discreet, high-touch advisory relationship for individuals operating within complex family, personal, and leadership environments.

This role is designed as an embedded, trusted partner, supporting the human side of decision-making, relationships, and long-term alignment.

This is not traditional coaching.
It is ongoing advisory across the moments that matter most.

Core Engagement

  • Two private sessions per week
    (either 2 x 1-hour sessions or 1 x 2-hour session)
  • Sessions held in person or via Zoom
  • Direct access via WhatsApp and voice notes for real-time guidance, perspective, and support

Scope of Partnership

The work evolves naturally across:

  • Personal clarity and high-stakes decision-making
  • Family dynamics, communication, and alignment
  • Navigating sensitive relationships and transitions
  • Emotional regulation and accountability
  • Leadership presence and interpersonal effectiveness

The intention is to provide a steady, external perspective where internal dynamics can often become complex or blurred.

Operating Model

This is structured as a long-term advisory relationship, allowing for:

  • Consistent weekly engagement
  • Real-time input during critical moments
  • Ongoing integration into daily life and decision-making

Rather than isolated sessions, this creates continuity, trust, and depth over time.

Who This Is For

  • Individuals within family systems or family offices
  • Founders, principals, or next-generation leaders
  • Those navigating complex interpersonal or leadership environments

Best suited for those who value discretion, consistency, and a trusted external perspective

Extended Advisory (As Needed)

Integrated into the relationship when required:

  • Family or partner mediation
  • Preparation and guidance for difficult conversations
  • Support during transitions, conflict, or decision points
  • Accountability structures and reflective frameworks

Family & Family Office Engagements (Bespoke)

For broader involvement across multiple individuals or the full system:

  • Cross-family communication and alignment
  • Human dynamics support alongside governance structures
  • Integration with existing advisors (legal, financial, operational)
  • Acting as a neutral, trusted bridge across family members and stakeholders

Structured based on scope, number of individuals, and depth of involvement.

Closing Perspective

At this level, challenges are rarely about strategy alone.
They are about people, trust, communication, and clarity under pressure.

This role exists to ensure those elements are held, guided, and strengthened consistently over time.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

One-to-one sessions are recommended for the best results.

Before joining any group session, we suggest a minimum of four individual sessions to build trust, understanding, and a strong working relationship.

Session Includes

  • 30 min pre-session preparation
  • 60 min private in-person session
  • 30 min post-session review
  • Personalised tasks and accountability between sessions

Each session is designed to create consistent progress, clarity, and measurable growth.

3-6 SMALL GROUP SESSION

Group sessions are designed for students ready to share, listen, and grow alongside others.

They provide a safe, guided environment where participants can explore ideas, experiences, and perspectives while being supported by a mentor.

The focus shifts from “me” to “we” — encouraging collaboration, empathy, and mutual respect.

This helps students strengthen communication, build confidence, and develop healthier relationships across friendships, family, and school.

ADULT WORKSHOPS

Adult workshops are designed to support personal growth, clarity, and stronger communication in a structured setting.

Sessions can be tailored to include:

  • Life coaching and mindset development
  • Behavioural change and accountability
  • Couples and relationship dynamics
  • Group alignment and communication

Each workshop is practical, guided, and focused on real, lasting progress.

Please enquire to discuss tailored options.
